The 2010 Buffalo 125, the fourteenth of 20 events in the 2010 ARLA Elite Series season, was held at Buffalo Downs in Buffalo, Wyoming.

This race gained infamy when it was discovered that Benji Flynn, who took the checkered flag first, had a traction control device installed on the car. Flynn was disqualified and Nami Mura was declared the winner.
