Omecha is the name of the corporation that controls the Tyson-Madigan corporation and, by extension, the TM Master Cup Series. In addition to managing the TM series' business interests, Omecha developed the MA-series spec race car chassis, available to teams in the Master Cup Series beginning in 2010, until the series ban on customer cars was lifted.

The chassis was normally used by Independent's Trophy teams, who were permitted to modify it. One-off entrants for Karjala, Indy and Decatur also were permitted run the car. In 2012, BlackDiamond Racing fielded a research and development version, the BDM3, for the complete season.

The chassis scored its' first race victory with Jose Luis Martinez at the 2011 Round of Daytona. It also won the first three Independent's Trophy championships.

In 2014, Omecha introduced a new, lower-cost kit chassis, the M14. Initially created for TM Europe and TM Mexico, the M14 has also been made available to other national and regional series, most notably the National Racing Championship.
