Enzo Medina is an Italian racing driver.

Born in Florance, Italy, Medina moved to America at a young age to persue a racing career. He began running Late Model cars and was very sucessful. In 2008, Drew Eisenman's team, EisenTech, picked him up to driver the #56 KTM Motorcycles Saar Tyrant. Despite a few good runs, it wasn't a very good season. In 2009, Eisenmen sold the team to Italian businessman Flavio Vespucci, who renamed it Arrowtech. In 2009, driving a Marlboro cigarettes sponsored STS Arrow, Medina had few good results. He was retained by the team in 2010. However upon getting out of his car after a race at the Carbondale Raceway Medina suddenly collasped. Without a pulse and not breathing, he was rushed to the hospital. Medina recovered but was unable to race again.
