Charlie Waters is a current American racecar driver in the TM Master Cup series. He drives the #30 Delano car for James Dalton Racing in 2012.

He is most known for his outrageous reckless driving on the track, which had made people lose respect for him. He used to drive the #10 Journey for Team EFR in 2011 until he was injured in a qualifying race for the 2011 Round of Indianapolis, which meant that Ian Cooper would take his place for the rest of the season. Cooper managed to win Round of Indianapolis since the same event five years prior.
