Power Steering, Incorporated (also known as PSI) is a race team that competes in various levels of racing. They currently compete in the TM Master Cup Series, as well as FARC and AmeriCar through subsidiaries (see below).

PSI won the 2011 TM Lights championship with Thurston Blood, and most recently, the 2012 ARLA Elite Series championship with Rip Tyler.

PSI originally fielded Inglesby cars; in 2010, they responded to the new chassis rules by developing a custom chassis with James Dalton Racing, the JD Predator. In 2012, they partnered with Tonare to bring the sports car manufacturer to Master Cup, which failed to produce results and ended acrimoniously amid clashes between Kurt Plissken and Tonare factory driver Anthony Griffith. As of 2013, in most of the divisions it competes in, PSI has an alliance with Lycoia (or its parent, Lenard) and is the current de facto factory team.

In recent years, PSI has started two subsidiaries to oversee portions of their vast operations, managed by team owner William Power's son, Sergio. Power Surge America (PSA) was created in 2012 to field cars in the ASCC, and Sergio Power, Inc./SPI Network took over FARC operations in 2014. In 2016, SPI and its drivers moved to the AmeriCar Championship Road Racing Series, and PSA and its drivers moved to FARC.
